I have always made work from either an autobiographical, or future-autobiographical place. My work is often composed of multiple materials/objects/ephemera and I am interested in how the work grows and shifts with the use of other peoples work and practices. Over the last few years I have been making work via a collaborative group I set up that looks at using movement and sculpture to pose questions about how we connect as people to our surroundings and each other. I’m interested in discussing the darker aspects of our characters, whilst using a good measure of humour.
