Realised in live art rituals and installations, my practise explores the manifestation of trauma in the body, neurosis and catharsis from public acknowledgment in ritual. Recently it has progressed into the exploration of the mass hysteria attached to Western burial philosophy and the alienation that is inbuilt into the capitalist market of death. I am now developing new works that explore our relationship to each other within death and to question whose responsibility it is to care for our dead and how debt has been used to hold a claim to our perception of the soul and its release or transcendence.
